Will handle streamlined sourcing and interviewing for Interns and Associate level requisitions.

Job Description
  • Will post job advertisements and shortlist profiles for endorsement/TA HR interview (prioritized positions per week will be discussed every Monday)
  • Identify other potential academe and LGU partners
  • Will handle streamlined sourcing and interviewing for Interns and Associate level requisitions.
  • Propose a short presentation about the company and its background that can be used during interviews, job fairs, and onboarding of interns
  • Propose a standardized presentation of career opportunities for job fairs and other events
  • Propose a summary template of HA results, specifically only those with areas for improvement, as guide of technical interviewers. This may be a result interpretation or suggested questions that technical interviewers may use to further understand the results.
  • Propose a TRF Template and Welcome Booklet for internship requisitions
  • Propose a web interface for PC Talent Acquisition/Career page where applicants may send their CV, view job advertisements and testimonials of employees, and input their details that can also be used as the alternative candidate profile form. This can serve as the client perspective.
Qualifications
  • At least 3rd year student of AB/BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management
  • Willingness to work on-site (hybrid work arrangement)
