 Job Description:

  • Coordination with Vendor on Training Venues, Start Date, Landmark, Candidate Pipeline
  • Consolidation of MT invoices
  • Coordination with COE with all MT concerns (salary, board & lodging, DTR, reimbursement, branch assignment, termination of MTs etc)
  • Secure details of graduating MTs on laptop/oppo request
  • Provide support who experience issues with Vendor request.
  • Provide status updates via emails or biweekly vendor status meetings.
  • Help the team to deliver regular scheduled and ad hoc reports on the vendor performance to help stakeholders determine what is working well and what areas need improvement.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be graduate of BS Office Administration, Psychology, or any related courses.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With good communication and analytical skills
  • With 1 year customer experience
  • Proficient in Excel file and ppt
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast paced, collaborative environment.
