Job Description

Collects HR-related information from HRIS, HR Shared Services, Corporate HR, Regional HR, and Talent Acquisition
Consolidates gathered data and prepares regular and new reports.
Interprets data and analyzes results
Formulate proposals to enhance current business processes based on gathered data.

Qualifications

Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in the field of Human Resources
With effective communication skills (oral and written)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
With at least 3 years of experience as a Data •Analyst in Human Resources.
Familiar with the different HR processes and use of employee management software.
