As a Talent Acquisition Officer, your responsibility will include sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the company’s long-term goals.

Job Description
  • As a Talent Acquisition Officer, your responsibility will include sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the company’s long-term goals.
  • To be able to do this, you will need to meet with the hiring managers to be able to align expectations for their staffing requirements
  • Creation of a strong talent pipeline by connecting with potential candidates that will align with the purpose-driven culture of Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any Four-Year course preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science and or Human Resource Management.
  • Experience of atleast 4 years handling end-to-end recruitment
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews with emphasis in targeted selection
  • Familiarity with Recruitment Systems (Assessments, Applicant Tracking Systems, •Candidate Management)
  • Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office
  • Above Average oral and written communication skills
